gastric ulcer need 4-6 weeks to heal completely
the pain u described may be for 3 reasons
1 oesophageal ulcer
2costichondritis
3.cardiac/chest wall
there may be oesophageal ulcer along with gastric ulcer for tthe chest pain
but pain on stretching and walking might be due costochondritis, which is not serious
is there any local point of tenderness?
u can do a TMT to rule out cardiac cause
