The technique of using mdi or pump is not correct probably you can use a spacer with mdi inhaler foracort twice mrng puffs and twice night puffs followed by gargles
asthalin pump can be used 2-2-2 or sos when required nebulisation can be done with lupi neb kit which prevents wastage of nebs / medication
any other doubts contact via Lybrate call for further assistance.

The medicine commonly used is sabutamol (asthalin) and ipratropium Bromide....
But for your information it has many side effects...
Better take homoeopathic medicine...it is better and no side effects...
You may give him
Spongia 30 tds for one day..see if it helps..
Or consult with proper symptoms...

Amrox-ls syrup is a combination of three medicines: ambroxol, levosalbutamol/levalbuterol and guaifenesin, which relieves cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.

For cold, use steam inhalation. For cough levosalbutamol syrup 5ml twice daily. If you have sore throat, do warm concentrated salt water gargle. Provided you have sputum/phlegm production, antibiotic needs to be commenced.

Better to get a chest x ray. Check her oxygen levels. If no signs or symptoms of infection you can give her budecort nebulization.
