3. Add water to make a thick paste

Why don't you take Ayurvedic treatment for your problem. It's very effective, fast & with out any side effects. 1) Tab Trayodashang Guggul 2-2-2
2) Tab Yograj Guggul 2-2-2
after food with hot milk
3) Dashmul & Nirgundi oil for local application 3 times a day. It should be lukewarm.
4) Lie down on bed -every hour for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take medicines for at lest 3 months.
