Coughing in babies is very common. Irritants often enter the lungs while breathing, and in some cases, it may lead to a dry cough.
A baby's cough can mean many different things, and it's not as if you can ask your baby what's wrong. It would be easier to examine your baby if we could connect over a video call and discuss the problem in detail.

Your daughter has an infection and probably it is a respiratory infection. You need to give antibiotic to conquer the infection and stop the fever completely. Meftal and Feapnil are only accompaniments to reduce the fever and in reality, the fever causing infection needs to be controlled with an antibiotic

In people with cud, proteins called carnitine transporters do not work properly. These proteins normally bring carnitine into cells and prevent the escape of carnitine from the body in urine. Cud is estimated to occur in less than 1 of 100 000 live births.
This condition is sometimes mistaken for reye syndrome, a severe disorder that develops in children while they appear to be recovering from viral infections such as chicken pox or flu.
