To avoid too much effort, follow:
-go for sauna bath (regularly)
-drink sugar free green tea/black tea/ coffee/hot lemon (in limit)
-eat more fruits and salads, drink butter milk before lunch, this will make you less hungry.
- get regular massage
-eat early dinner (before 8)
-do 7 or more rounds of surya namaskar everyday.
