a) meat, fish (sardines, egg, milk, cheese, yogurt
b, green leafy vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, spinach, turnip, lettuce, c) mushrooms, beans (kidney bean, white bean, baked bean, soybeans, d, carrots, herbs like basil/cinnamon,/mint, garlic

Check your blood for serum calcium levels. If it is low, take calcium supplements like Shelcal or Ostocalcium. Dietary supplements include milk and milk products, ragi preparations etc. and drink 2 glasses of milk per day.
