You can take any vitamin tab ,as you wish. But for infertility treatment, do consult a gynaecologist to rule out any other cause of infertility. Or may prescribe proper vitamin for infertility.

1. Cheese

2. Yogurt

3. Milk

6. Fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes (They have a lot of calcium in one serving.)



5. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale, turnips, and collard greens

7. Fortified orange juice

8. Soybeans

9. Fortified soy milk (Not all soy milk is a good source of calcium, so it's best to check the label.)

Take good amount of milk and milk products, ragi, sesame seeds and green vegetables to get calcium and take enough vitamin D for its absorption. Excess of calcium leads to kidney stone and weakning of bones also.
