The short term studies conducted suggest interaction between milk and iron, so taking iron tablets immediately after milk consumption is to be avoided. but the long term studies doesnot identify any such interaction, but still with the benefit of doubt to the above avoid the immediate cosumption after milk and give a gap of 2 hrs ideally. good luck

Hello. Constipation can be a side effect due to iron supplements.
You can take vitamin c tablet along with iron tablet. Actually it is recommended to take iron supplement along with vitamin c tablet as vitamin c helps in absorption of iron. So you can easily take vitamin c tablet along with the iron tablet. Make sure you drink enough water (about 6-7 glasses) daily. It'll help with your constipation issue.

Well iron won't help in your hair growth, apply alovera gel extract, apply vit e with coconut oil, apply castor oil, apply hibiscus paste with coconut oil, apply natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight next day add whole egg and curd and 10 ml coconut oil and few drops of lemon juice apply it on scalp once in a week or twice in a month atleast, with this you need proper homeopathic treatment.
