Please continue Thyronorm 100 mcg because your TSH report of 4.5 is borderline you shouldn't reduce it .my concern please check if you are using medicine in right way. It should be consumed in empty stomach.
Rozavel F should be continued. Because according to newer studies we need to take statin regardless of lipid profile is you are having ASCVD risk factors.

Hi I think it is perfectly fine to substitute medicines of cheaper brands provided they are also from a reasonably established and preferably a long standing pharmaceutical company. Can not vouch for the quality of medicines from small new unknown companies.
Thank you, hope that answers your question.

Both these are combination pills. So you are on 2 medicines for cholesterol and 2 psychiatric medicines. Cholesterol medicines are required after heart attack, or, when cholesterol is above 320, and f medicine is for people with triglycerides above one thousand. You should therefore stop rosave f.
Citalin nexito is for depression, epilepsy etc. Better to discuss sleep problem with some Dr. who will try to reduce medicines, why go through life drugged?

Hi,
Welcome.
Beta blocker (Like Concor which you are taking) can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction but is rare.
High triglycerides won't cause it.
Thanks
