you should take your blood thinners and other medicines regularly and on time. In terms of diet you should consume foods high in fibre like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and should avoid foods high in saturated fat as they can increase your LDL (bad cholesterol), avoid refined foods like maida and its products, processed foods, avoid too much of caffeine, alcohol and smoking. Kiran as I can see you have been treated with all the lipid lowering drugs but in deed with my personal experience with saroglitazar is one of the good drug and suggest you to continue with it, not to for get about diet and exercise I don't have to say more as you know better. I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.
