I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.

All medicines have potential of side effects including herbal, ayurvedic and homeopathic.
Usually the medicines are required life long. You can try tapering off the medicines very slowly under doctors guidance.

These medicines have no major side effects so you can take them as long as needed. Also start exercising daily for 40-45 mins, follow diet precautions (take a detailed diet consult with a dietician)

Hello, Thanks for the query. Now a day no treatment is recommended for reducing TGL unless the level goes above 500 mg. Your LDL and total cholesterol are fine. There is no need for taking a Fibrate. Regular exercise and reducing weight to normal level will be more beneficial. Your BMI is 27.55 kgs/M2 (normal < 23 kgs/M2) You are overweight by about 10 plus kgs. Weight reduction itself will help best. Thanks.
