Mr Sudhir, Thanks for the query.
Please let me know when was diabetes diagnosed and what were the glucose levels when diagnosis was made? Now what is the PP glucose value and HbA1c%? Similarly what is the TSH value?
As regards the variation in fasting glucose levels those are bound to occur because food intake every day varies and hence conversion to glucose also is different. Thanks.

Sir, rosuvastatin doesn't reduce triglycerides, this drug is for reducing ldl value. Detailed history and complete lipid profile needs to be seen to further comment on duration of treatment and as diabetic patients are more prone for dyslipidemia, statin might be started by the doctor.

Please correct your previous conditions and list of medications.
Mood stabilizers may be addictive and also cause such side effects. Which ones?
Rosuvastatin and aspirin probably over medication, required after heart attacks, not before.

Observed slight discomfort in morning walk in 2015.``ECG & ECHO negative then.In 2017 although ECG & ECHO negative, TMT mildly positive for inducible ischaemia. CAG done in 2017 showed SVD (100% lesion from proximal LAD.}.Ranopill 500, GTN sorbitrate. Rosufit CV10. Taking regularly since then with periodic checking. Taking up morning walk for one hour regularly with ease. Recently consulted one cardiologist for second opinion. After analyzing all reports, He said natural bypass has already formed.&& there is no threat. When I asked why medicine then, he told the Dr. who has prescribed can stop the medicine. My question is how to know natural bypass has really occurred, how safe is natural bypass, can stroke stroke/heart attack still possible, how to know whether the plaque has been dissolved, any preventive measures advised, overall assessment of my case. Presently sometimes I feel fractional breathing discomfort, fractional pinning effect. Sugar & BP normal. REGARDS.

It would be better to review the angiogram images to know about collaterals formed. Ideally for proximal LAD block intervention by angioplasty or surgical bypass is advisable if there is any artery seen distal to block.
Due to continue in symptoms despite medication, it would be prudent to intervene.

Dear
Relaaax
Cholesterol levels are affected by stress.
Food does not alter cholesterol levels.
Attend stress management courses.
Cholesterol is not the cause of heart attacks as seen in recent studies.
Keep cool and enjoy life.
Your body and liver will adjust all this

Sorry to learn that in spite of so many medicines your blood sugar levels are very high. You require consulting your doctor for a proper adjustment of your insulin dosages, The doctor may also think of changing the insulin
I notice your weight is on the higher side, hence you may ask your doctor about GPL-1 agonist which will not only help you to control diabetes but would be very helpful in reducing your weight. Unfortunately, these medicines are expensive
if you require any other help ...more
