Hello,
its good that you have explained your problem in detail. It appear to be migraine to me. For migraine there are two approaches one medicine is given to decrease the frequency of headache and that has to be taken daily, that will be betacap cr 40 mg od. The second medicine is to be taken whwn the headache or its prodrome appears. That will be tab rizact 10 mg sos. Migraine requires more than these 2 medicines you have to closely work with your doctor.
