Sir I test widal blood then show typhoid positive Then I go doctor and 2 days daily dosage 2g ceftriaxone injection but no help Fever on my body sometime high and low 1 am not sleep for last 5 days Headache, body lower part leg are weak very Loss of appetite What I do sir please help.

Hi my son of age 5 years getting fever 104 in first day itself and after 2 days completion had a blood test in that they told that typhoid fever. After that we had medication I v ceftriaxone and tazobactam and oral as azithromycin. The medication is done for 2 days but fever 104 is coming for every 10 hours and we are giving meftal p syrup and reducing after 1 hour. Still how many days the fever comes like that? I am very worried for meftal p syrup to give or is it safe. Or I have to do any other blood test?

I am aged 69 yrs. For last 2 to 3 days suddenly I am having nausea, vomiting 5 times along with loose motion 3 times. No urge to eat food. I have taken vibact ds bd, redotil tds, mahacef plus 100 bd for 2 days but relief is not significant. Still feeling nausea. Passing of stool now is very hard with stomach pain. I am very worried. I am on eltroxin 50 mcg for hypothyroidism. Apart from that taking medicine for bp (metoprolol 50 mg+amlodipine 5 mg) and teneligliptin 20 mg. My son is continuing coughing past 20 days, I had visited doctor and he suggested mahacef100, montek lc and chericofls in our first visit but it didn't work, he suggested pft test which had been done and reports is moderate, in 2 d visit he suggested nebulizer with levolin. 0.63 mg and budecort 0.50 mg for 7 days and in night montek lc once in a day night time. But my kid situation is worse he is coughing like bark. My kid is 7 years old. Pls suggest what should I do.

My creatinine number is always 0. 76 or 0.78.my laboratory range is 0.7 1.4.my urea number has always been 17 to 19. My normal laboratory range is 17 to 43. Butmy new test is my creatinine number 0. 88 and urea are 16. I have less than the normal amount in the laboratory. My creatinine is higher than usual. Has my kidney lost function and have been damaged? I have have been taking alprazolam for six years. Has the medicine damaged my kidney? Six months ago, I received six doses of one gram of ceftriaxone intravenously. Due to ocular sinusitis. Did the ceftriaxone damage my kidney? What should I do ?i had a urine test. My afternoon urine.
