I am suffering from ibs with loose motion gas ,bloating and upset stomach. Presently I am on tb in left testis treatment is in process and I am taking rcinex. Sometimes doctor gave me some medicine for ibs like rifagut 400, normaxin, nexpro rd 40 and velgut but after stopping these medicine my ibs problem again starts. So kindly suggest me any proper medicine in homeopathy or ayurvedic.

first start yoga and exercise regularly. Stop milk, milk products and wheat completely. Sleep and awake on regular time. Avoid unusual anxious tasks and talks. Medicine:
(1) kutaj ghanvati 2bid
(2) aam pachan vati 2bid
(3) kutaj parpati vati (dhutpapeshwar) 1bid
start these all and give me feedback after 15 days.

I am a tb patient. I am on 3 medicines benadon 40 rcinex and combutol600. This is my 6th month for medication after that doctor said he will stop the medicine. I have given twice my sputum test. First during the 1st month to see the tb bacteria positive. Next I did a month ago with less sputum test which was negative. Now after my complete medication for 6 months. How do I know whether I am completely out of tb or not? Because I don't spit sputum now its rare. So which test I can do to know whether there is no need for more medicine s?

Hi doctor I am a tb patient since last 6 months I am on continue medication. September 10th will be my last day for medicines it will be completely 6 months. My doctor said he will check up again and let me know to continue it for more 3 months or stop but that's ok. I am currently having combual 600 rcinex and benadon 40 mg. But today I forgot to have benadon 40 after food I skipped it unknowgly. Will it be a problem or break down my medication term?

Benadon is vitamin .its not anti tubercular therapy. So do not worry it will not cause you any harm. Neither it will cause any effect on disease process.

Hi my brother is in 4th month of tb treatment with medication r-cinex 600/300 and combutol 1200 .he is having issue with his joint pain especially around ankle, around toe, heels wrist and also in the sides of hips. Do you think its because of combutol? What shall he do. He is currently in philippines at the moment. would substitute of combutol help reduce or diminish the joint pains. Thanks allot.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

My brother is in 4th month of tb treatment and continuing with r-cinex 600/300 and combutol 1200 mg. He is getting joint pains now especially in around ankle and feet, hip area and wrist. His uric acid level also gone high he had blood test done in january. Do you think its because of tb medication? Is combutol giving him joint pains? What shall he do, now?

It can be due to increase in the uric acid level which will result in pain in the joints kindly refer with the physician.

I had unprotected sexual intercourse a week back. I took unwanted 72 after an hour of my intercourse. But I took a hcg urine test at a pathology centre today. Will it work? My date of menstruation is on 14th. I also have constant fever and headache for the last two days.

Forecox is a TB medicine, need to be taken by a microscopically confirmed case of TB , as per weight of patient, 4 drugs for first 2 months and trhree dugs for next 4 months.
