IgE antibodies are normally found in small amounts in the blood, but higher amounts can be a sign that the body overreacts to allergens. This can lead to an allergic reaction. IgE levels can also be high when the body is fighting off an infection from a parasite or with some immune system conditions.Variations in the upper limit of normal total serum IgE have been reported: they can range from 150 to 1,000 UI/ml; but the usually accepted upper limit is between 150 and 300 UI/ml.

If there was bleeding (even a drop) at the site of wound/bite, you should take ars (immunoglobulin)-in the wound.
But if there was no bleeding, only ars on days 0,3,7,28 is enough.
Also tt if not taken in 3 months.

Depends on the category of wound. Like 1/2/3. Depending on that I can guide whether booster and immunoglobulin is required or not.

Yes its required, irrespective of vaccination status of the dog. Since blood has come, its category 3 exposure which will require inj tetanus toxoid + inj arv + inj rabies immunoglobulin asap & the injection schedule has to be adhered strictly. You did great by washing the wound with soap & water.

There is no problem in continuing the vaccination. To boost the immunity you can also take a booster dose after 6 months or an year. For now, as there is minor bleeding, you can consult and infiltrate human rabies immunoglobulin around the wound.
