Hi Sir, You need to consult with your psychiatrist and change your medications either escitalopram (Rexipra/Nexito) or Venlaflexine (Venlor) if there is no response. Also physical factors such as thyroid disorders, vit deficiency, interactions with other meds need to be ruled out, if not already done. You can take Escitalopram on empty stomach or with food or after food, as long as you don't forget to take it. It is better to connect it with food to remember

Nexito is a strong anti depressant & Nexito plus is a combination of 2 strong anti depressants & nexito forte is more stronger than plain nexito tabs.

Dear lybrate-user, You can take both these medicine during cough and cold. You can also consult psychiatrist for your problem as they are the primary consultant for your problem. There are other good and very effective medicine for anxiety apart from Nexito (Escitalopram) for anxiety. All d best!

The mouth ulcers may be due to b-complex deficiency. Please take a multivitamin tablet for atleast 15 days and see if that improves. If you have been maintaining well on nexito for almost 6 months atleast, then you can taper it slowly over every few weeks. Depending on whether your ocd symptoms recur or not you can reduce the dose. However due to the waxing and waning nature of ocd I would advise you to continue on a minimum effective dose.
