Orthopedic spine surgeon like is the best judge for your spine condition. But the surgical decision has to be always patients. Hello. Please check your hemoglobin as anemia can cause weakness. Also regularly check esr & crp to monitor the disease, as you may need higher doses of methotrexate. The need to take painkiller on regular basis means your disease is not under control and modification of medicine dosage is warranted.
