Remember even the body gets tired if you work it without fuel so try to eat small and frequent meals and avoid hurried eating.

Introspect and understand your capacity and take responsibilities accordingly, plan and schedule your activities. Identify your time wasters and control it. Take intermediate breaks to relax yourself. Delegate your work, spend time with your family in a friendly manner. Spend some time everyday on physical exercise and entertainment. Very simple steps but gives extraordinary results.
