Dear, in case of fever * take full rest & do not do any work at all.
*drink only luke warm water all the day.
* cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast.
*do not take any antibiotic without consulting physician.
* take 5 leaves of tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes.
Drink it twice a day to treat the fever.

You can start with mosit heat pack and shoulder pendular exc.( check on youtube).

There can be many reasons for shoulder pain.
You need to consult physio or orthopaedician for further prescription.

Hello lybrate-user,
generally shoulder pain is secondary to some muscle spasm or a ligament sprain of associated with history of trauma. I would recommend shoulder range of motion exercises and pendulum exercises along with hot pack fomentation.

If you hv no injury no strain that pain due to over stress of muscle or bad posture so keep in mind give the rest and tk heat formation twice a day muscle relaxant medicine also in sos form apply pain relief gel around area after 3 days start gentle movement or exercise.

If you have chronic cough
1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb (3 samples).
2. Consult chest physician with report.
3. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
