Trika is used to relieve excess (moderate to severe) anxiety and to treat anxiety associated with depression. It is not to be used for mild anxiety associated with stress of day today life situations.
I would suggest you take this with your personal psychiatrist and adjust your dosage after he thoruoghly examines you.

it's great that you are open to new things and are willing to try anything to relieve anxiety. In many cases, medication alone does not help a patient. It has to be coupled with psychotherapy/counselling. And it gives great results. You may check the data all over the internet and supporting medical researches. Dear, alprax contains alprazolam. It is a short acting medicine that makes one drowsy/sleepy. But when used for a longer time and then suddenly stopped it can lead to rebound sleeplessness. It does have side effects and I would not recommend that you take it continuously.
You may gradually try to decrease the dose to half then take it alternate day and then stop it over 2 weeks. Don't stop immediately. There are other safer drugs for insomnia that you can use instead.

Trika which is alprazolam is highly addictive benzodiazepine and not advised for long term control or treatment of the cause of anxiety. Your bp might be due to anxiety and stress. Also, anxiety is very very common in those with hypothyroidism. So consult a psychiatrist in person or online and get your anxiety and stress, properly treated. Good luck.

These are very low doses with fewer chances to cause side effect but still you are having some need to shift to other group of antianxiety /antidepressants. Regular use of alprazolam/ clonezapam is habit forming kindly avoid.
