Dear in this malaria normally fever comes and goes till 72 hrs. Kindly check the right dose of lariago 7.5 ml thrice daily. For 3 days. Normally after 6 doses of lariago in proper dose. Child must be fine. Still if you are not happy with improvement consult near by pediatrician for proper selection of medicines.
