It is bad to start antibiotics by self and specialy changing every day. As the fever is coming for last 7 days, she need investigation for typhoid, malaria and urinary tract infection. Fever lasting more than 7 days are less likly to be viral.

Acc to report it may be viral which will take its own course and does not show any results with antibiotics.

Dear in this malaria normally fever comes and goes till 72 hrs. Kindly check the right dose of lariago 7.5 ml thrice daily. For 3 days. Normally after 6 doses of lariago in proper dose. Child must be fine. Still if you are not happy with improvement consult near by pediatrician for proper selection of medicines.
