Hello. As far as the oil is concerned, try neeli bhringyaadi tailam. If your skin is oily, avoid oils. Also have rasayan tablets 2 twice a day. Try to avoid curd, and spicy food. Do regular anuloma viloma pranayama.

Up to 100 hairs fall per day normally. But if you are facing with too much falling of hairs then concentrate on your diet to provide proper nutrition to hairs. Wash your hairs twice a week. Apply hair oil a night previous of washing the hairs. Do not comb in wet hairs.
