Hi Kindly see a physiotherapist. Medications seem to be okay. But you need a proper stretching and exercises plan. Do the exercises under supervision of a therapist who can correct you in case you r doing it wrong. Do contact me in case of any other query. Regards

The recommended starting dose is 50 mg once daily with evening meal for the first 2 to 4 weeks of treatment, after which the recommended daily dose is 50 mg twice daily.
