Ok Lybrate user. Neuropathy can be a large fiber neuropathy or small fiber neuropathy.
Cause differs in each cases, commonest being diabetes mellitus. It can also be due to other causes like vitamin deficiencies. You need to have an evalution before I can give you an advice.

You feel this symptom than how it's going away do you eat something and you feel good than its sign of hypoglycemia.
Than check blood sugar value at that time.
If these are not associated with low blood sugar than its weakness check your vitamin b12 and vit Dr. replenish deficiency.
Try to eat a diabetic diet every 3 hours.

Hba1c is 11.8 which is very high.
Check fasting and post meal. At this level of high blood sugar these symptoms are because of diabetic neuropathy.
