Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Reduce these in diet. Increase intake of traditionally healthy foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. It will improve triglycerides and is healthy for heat. For more information please discuss on phone.
