becosule contains only 15 mcg of methylcobalamine (b12) but also has other vitamin b complexes. So it should be fine to take both of them. Also at yoyears age, I would advice you to start taking calcium and d3 after going for dexa scan as with age, calcium and d3 deficiencies are common cause of weak bones. Regards.

I have seen the details mentioned. Your glucose levels are quite good. You should also check hba1c%, which gives a better idea about long term control. The other medications being taken are just vitamin supplements, which are fine. The symptoms being mentioned are not because any medication, those are part of diabetes related problems leading to peripheral neuropathy. Stopping antidiabetes medication will most probably will increase blood glucose levels. You may ...more
