Asked for Male, 24 years old from Bangalore

Hello doctor 2 month ago I was diagnosed with jaundice my bilirubin was 2.4 after a week it was 2.1 and after a week again it was 2.4 my last report was again from 2.1 to 2.3.why is my bilirubin not going normal. Is this any serious. I was on ulyses300. Reheptin syrup, betonin syrup, omdem md4, rzl-dsr for a month. Now my doctor said to take only one tab of raciper D, and one tab in reheptin a day. My latest reports were 2.34 bilirubin so my doctor started Ulyses plus, rehptin syrup, and other two medicine again. How much time would it take to get cured. Please help My ultrasound were normal.

This must be viral hepatitis, which is resolving, It takes around 4-6 months to bilirubin to come down normal range.

Hello whenever I make pressure on lower right abdomen I think something moves there and I have excess gas and sometimes abdominal pain I have done my liver test the bilirubin was slightly high 1.6 total all the other ones were normal and there is medicine I have taken from past 15 days udiliv 300 and reheptin please tell me about lower movement when I make pressure from hand in lower right abdominal I can not go to hospital due to coronavirus for any ultrasound please help.

I stopped drinking from 23 days lft results15 days ago was normal doctor advice me satrogyl 300 anfortran 3 times a day and ato z multivitamin and reheptin for 15 days. But todays lft reports shows sgpt 83.4, sgot 44 bilirubin 1.44 total and bilirubin direct 1.18also ggt is 53.2 please suggest.

I am 20 years old .i have acidity problem and always feel hungry sometime later after taking some food. I have also liver disorder as I got sgpt 114 and sgot 57 from the test. I was advised to take reheptin tablet twice a day. Is it effective to reduce the level and can I take ursetor 300 or ursodiol tablet along with it ?i experience some mild pain in upper abdomen occasionally. Please respond. Thank you.

Hi, im a male, 21 years old, my sgot and sgpt are 80 and 67 respectively. Didn't go for an ultrasound this year, but I did it last year. I was diagnosed with fatty liver last year, but last year my sgot and sgpt levels were normal but the alp levels were high 132. This year my alp levels are normal. What should I do and what is the recommended diet for me and what should I change from my daily diet. In the morning I have quaker oats 1 cup with water and not milk (sometimes 2 cups), in the afternoon I have curry fish (mackerel, king fish or any fish) along with brown rice, for snacks, I either have 2 apples or pomegranates, bananas or carrots and for dinner I have curry fish again. I am given the metadoxine 500 mg tablets to be taken in the morning and later after dinner. Are the sgot and sgpt levels concerning? I don't do exercises, been at home since last year. And can I have chapattis in place of quaker oats and brown rice? Sorry for the long question. Thank you?

I have jaundice from last one month. Initial bilibruin was 2.12 direct was .78 indirect 1.34 sgot33. 6 sgpt 65.1.than I took medicine for 20 days .udiliv 150 n sypliv fit. Syp for ulsd. Than it decreased to 1.35 n d.43 n .92 .after taking medicine of 7 day I stopped medicine for 10 day. Now my bilibruin is 2.39 direct .81 sgpt 61 sgot 27. Hbs ag is negative n ultrasound report is normal .I consulted another doctor he give me .udliv 300 reheptin. wysolone 20 .ESE. Folic acid. What should I do now? Now I have no other symptoms. Slight abandon pain only.
