Were your periods regular before this. Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. If no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen. For more details you can consult me.

Neeri is and ayurvedic formulation. please avoid mixing ayurvedic and allopathic medications, reactions can be disastorous. Check the size and location of kidney stones, you might need different treatment for those.

your headache can be because of high bp. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache. 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime.
4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health.

Hormonal treatment may alter hormonal status so menstrual period but mess is huge word for that. If you have missed your period first thing to do is urine pregnancy test. Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before you need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.

Hello,
No you are not pregnant at all. The spotting which you experienced both times is withdrawal bleeding. However to rule out pregnancy for sure, please get a serum beta hcg test done.
