Please get a stool r/m test done to rule out if infection has been cured. Infection .if alls well, you may add probiotics to your diet and with time things will be back to normal.

Fatty liver is due to sedentary life style in which we work more often sotting in a office and physical work less.
Eating more calories ,consuming alcohol and having diabetes are other reasons. So start doing daily walk for 45 minutes. Think about all the above conditions.
Fatty liver can become normal again.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, there can be multiple reasons for this sort of a condition. However the most common is ibs. For now stop taking a lot of medicines. Try taking powder lactifiber, 2 spoons in a glass of water at bedtime. Also walk/do any other exercise, about 40 minutes every day.
Try this for two weeks. If no relief, you might need to get some blood and other tests. If you are using tobacco/alcohol, you need to discontinue the same.

However, check oxygen saturation, blood pressure regularly.
