Yes, you need to resume Thyroid meds. For a start resume with the same dose you were prescribed. Subsequently your treating physician will modulate the dose based on lab tests and clinical picture.
As a rule I always optimize Vit D for all my patients, with periodic monitoring of blood levels. The same goes for Vit B12 and other nutrients and metabolic factors.
