Immediately get stool examination done esp for occult blood. It may well be case of ulcer/ ulcerative colitis etcor gluten intolerance etc. However better to go for check up at gastro enterologist who may go for cbc, amylase, lypase and other tests and may advise gastroenteroscopy.
