Most of the drugs for cough cold and headache prescription. Will have side effect of gastritis due to formation of excess acid in stomach. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker agent, prevent acid formation. You should take it twice daily in empty stomach, till you are taking analgesic or antipyretic drug.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2.Drink plenty of water, have bland diet, continue rantac 150 mg twice daily before food
3.Take adequate rest

Hi,
take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.
