Recently, I was undergoing for a surgery cystoscopy plus-minus bladder neck incision sa surgery was uneventful and discharged after 5 days and removed catheter. There started a severe pain and urine was flow out of control while sensation with bleeding few drops in every last urination. Dr. told it is normal and gradually go down. I was taken medicines urispas, citralka syrup, ranitidine, and citran tablets twice along with regular diabetic medications. How long it will remain?

do not worry. Your symptoms are very common after catheter removal, specifically at your age group. You are on correct medication. The problem should be over by 72 hrs to 7 days. Take water and medications as advised.

My brother is 22 years old he was having heartburn and acidity problem in December 2014 so general physician gave him Domperidone & ranitidine for 10 days but problem remain the same so he send him to hospital. In hospital they done upper GI endoscopy. In endoscopy the found small Hiatus and few erosion in stomach they gave him some medicine but problem remain same he take medicine he feel good but when medication course is finished problem start again so we consulted best gastroenterology of my area Dr. they gave him 3 month medication course which include ilapro10 (ilaprazole) tab but after completing 3 month medication still problem remain same you valuable advice needed.

Hiatus hernia is going to remain life time and surgery is only indicated in severe cases and for you I would recommend your brother to take pulse therapy of tablet pan - l once a day and he needs to avoid spicy and nonveg food etc.

I am having chest congestion, shortness of breath, chest tightness, sometimes suffocation, I am already taking some medication for these like diclofenac prolonged release tablets IP 100 mg, ranitidine tablets IP 150 mg, amoxyllin capsules I.P 500 mg and levocetirizine IP 5 mg as well as a diphenhydramine oral solution B.P etc, as sometime when I forget to take these medications I am having some kind of issues in my body like continuously having shortness of breath, have to take breath strictly or deep breath and my upper body parts (upper like neck, head, ears and face) suddenly heating up, I have been taking medications from last two months but still problems not resolved so tell me what should I do? I have been suffering from severe cough since 9 days. It becomes even worse when I sleep facing the roof. Feeling inflammation in throat and pain in stomach while coughing. I'm disturbing my family during night by coughing frequently. I drank cough syrup after the onset of this cough. But that doesn't affect me. Four days back, consulted a civil hospital doctor and he had prescribed me these medicine Cefixime Tablets IP 200 mg 1-0-1 AM ranitidine Tablets IP 150 mg 1-0-1 BM Criticizing Tablets IP 10 mg 1-0-1 AM Even after taking these medicine no improvement has been taken place. Gave medication for acid reflux. currently taking lansoprazole 30 mg in the morning and ranitidine 150 mg after dinner. The choking feeling in chest is severe at night and also while eating making it difficult to swallow food. Its been 3 weeks but there has been no improvement. Please advice how I can get relief. I trust that your father is using all these medicines only on a doctors prescription. If not please talk to your doctor. Self medication is a very dangerous thing. Tab azithromycin, ivermectin and fabiflu all belong to the broad group of antibiotics and not to be used for more than 5 days unless specifically prescribed by a doctor for longer time.
