- To feel fit & active have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables,bwhole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods
-avoid fried, spicy & junk food for proper digestion
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion

Hi lybrate-user, you may be suffering from allergic rhinitis. You just take montelukast and levocetrizine tablet. And use fluticasone nasal spray. You vl be fine. And continue use it for 2 week. Then ask me I vl reduce the doses.

Burning sensation can be due to gastritis or reflux. There is no issue with undigested food in stools as multiple fibres in diet doesn't get absorbed. You should consult a gastroenterologist for the burning sensation. He may prescribe you some medicine or ask for an upper gi scopy.
