If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. the treatment given looks adequate. Further, get your sugar checked as it can be a cause of folliculitis. Also wearing cotton under wear is preferred. If the itching is too severe you can increase the levocetrizine dosage to twice daily and increase the atarax application to 3 to 4 times daily.

Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c)
2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes.

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, groundnut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
