Hi welcome - if banana or banana shake is always high calorie foods, if you are working out daily or doing some hard work then it s definitely helpful provided after or with foods preferably one in morning & mid afternoon or midmorning max two times. This is really high calorie foods but you make you entire day all meals balanced with high protien. Do not depend or focused only banana shake. Make complete high protien diet in a very well planned way.
