Paracetamol is a pretty safe drug and very commonly used in children and infants for treatment of fever and pain . But please avoid self medication. Let your doctor decide what’s the cause of stomach pain and take treatment accordingly.

Greetings,
if you are having the above symptoms since past one month, then you must not neglect any further and consult a doctor in person. It is possible that the doctor will pescribe few routine blood tests and chest x-ray to rule out any of the respiratory infections.
Rest will depend on clinical examination and your present health condition.
Regards.
