The choking sensation may be due to reflux-esophagitis which can be ruled out once you get the above mentioned test done. Keep your diet & lifestyle streamlined. I trust that your father is using all these medicines only on a doctors prescription. If not please talk to your doctor. Self medication is a very dangerous thing. Tab azithromycin, ivermectin and fabiflu all belong to the broad group of antibiotics and not to be used for more than 5 days unless specifically prescribed by a doctor for longer time. (they tend to damage the liver and kidneys). Tab limcee, zincovit, zinc tablets are all multivitamin tablets and should be enoug...more

Hi. Increase in creatinine happens due to dysfunction of the kidney. Looking at your history it looks like your father is having chronic kidney disease. Some contribution to everything is partly his aging process as well. However he will need evaluation for the cause of worsening from 1.8 to 2.3. Also his diet seems to be reasonable. Pls meet a nearby nephrologist immediately.
