Dear Devaraj,
If you want to taper it, please discuss it with your doctor. You may not get any withdrawal symptom. But you may get your original symptoms for which it was prescribed.

Dear Devaraj,
Unless you inform me about your disorder diagnosis, i can not advise you to taper completely.
For many disorders Quetiapine is prescribed from 25 mg to 600 mg dose. Some are only for short term. For some other disorders, it is long term.

First, we need to be sure of diagnosis before commenting on medications. But, at the outset. Does'nt make sense giving antipsychotics and antidepressants considering the doses in which they have been prescribed.

You have been taking many anti-psychotics in reasonably high doses. Adjusting these drug doses needs very careful monitoring and regular thorough assessment. It should not be attempted without physical consultation.

Dear , from the given information, it is difficult to diagnose your mother's problem. But it is evident that she is treated for depression and anxiety disorder. Both these conditions are mental disorders. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. Please consult a psychologist for a consultation. Take care.
