its good to know that you want to quit smoking the best thing you can do is help your own self.
Just do it now do not wait for a particular date no resolution make up your mind and go for it.
Drink plenty of water do brisk walking indulge urself in the things which you like eg hobbies talk to someone on daily basis share with that person whenenver you get the urge to smoke keep an ealichi or clove in your pocket.
