Chloroquine is specific for malaria so unless yoyears child is suffering from malaria it will not help. Your child might be having a simple viral infection which usually responds to paracetamol that you are giving to your child. However it is difficult to say for sure without seeing the patient. So if your son does not respond or develops new symptoms or has persistent vomitting and not taking orally well I suggest to consult a paediatrician.
