Hi Mr. lybrate-user
you may be having a benzodiazepine addiction which is why you find it so difficult to stop the lorazepam.
Your ultimate goal should be to stop lorazepam.
Start reducing it to 1/2 then 1/4 then 1/8 over two months.
Itâs very important to stop using benzodiazepines so as to maintain your cognition and memory in the long term.
Try deep breathing exercises and deep muscle relaxation techniques to help along the way. Hope this helps

Dear Harish,
i don't understand your question clearly. But i can understand your doctor's struggle to help you with combination of antidepressants. Your recent symptoms are not due to mirtazapine. Either they are due to withdrawal of quetiapine or your own disorder recurring at this time again. However please discuss clearly with your doctor your concerns.

Dear lybrate-user,
Thanks for reaching out. Low heart rate and feelings of dizziness is unlikely to be associated with relapse of anxiety disorder. Anxiety will usually lead to higher heart rate rather than low. The fact that you are concerned about the corelation is a normal anxiety which anyone would have.
That said, yes low heart rate can be due to tebormin, which contains atenolol. I am not sure why it was added as a medication for raised BP, because its usually not the first choice....more
