siloderm mixi cream is a combination of three medicines: beclometasone, neomycin, and clotrimazole which treat skin infections. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. As you asked about your problems related to your Vaginitis after sex I would like to advise you it is not very serious. You just wash with warm saline water or warm water boiled with fitakari and give fomentation with warm cotton over your vagina. You should continue it for 3-6 days twice daily. balanitis is an inflammation of the glans penis (head of the penis); it is fairly common and affects approximately 3-11% of males during their lifetime. Posthitis is an inflammation of the foreskin (prepuce). Balanoposthitis involves both the glans and the foreskin and occurs in approximately 6% of uncircumcised males.

candibiotic ear drop salt composition-- lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + chloramphenicol (5%w/v)
as you can see there is difference in one salt component. So its better to ask your physician.
