Yes you have to wash hair. And no you should not oil your hair. This treatment is temporary solution only. Once you stop using, dandruff will return. Better take homoeopathic treatment for permanent solution without side effects. you can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The condition can be as common as the flu or a sign of something more serious like cancer. Often a loss of appetite can cause fatigue, especially if you aren't getting enough calories or nutrients. Chronic, or long-term, pain can also interfere with your appetite and cause fatigue.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hi lybrate-user, if your baby is vomiting daily, she could be having gastric reflux problem. You need to discuss in detail with a paediatrician regarding her symptoms and get it treated. Recurrent vomiting can prevent weight gain. Well about the diet. You can give her mashed dal rice with some ghee added, cooked apple, ragi porridge etc now.
