Are you taking excess of chilly? or Had a very hard stool before this episode started?

You might have developed a fissure in ano. Get confirmed by a Physician or surgeon. They can say it after examination. Till then you may follow:

1.) LANSOPRAZOLE 30 - 1 cap in empty stomach at morning daily for about 20 days.
2.) Keep your stool soft by taking some laxative like Isogel Husk 2-3 TSp in the evening with a full glass of water.
3.) Avoid spicy food, specially chili.more

Hello
thanks for the query
the symptoms are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux. The frequent reflux may lead to esophagitis.
Sometimes there may be associated gastric/esophageal ulcer. I suggest you to take some acid reducing agent (proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole, lansoprazole) along with prokinetic like domperidone/cisapride to prevent reflux.
Avoid spicy and oily food, tea, coffee. Don't take too much water with food. Take food 3-4 hours before sleep. Elevate the hea...more

For normal health, Healthy food and exercise do not require any extra supplementation. Your Dietary calcium, Vit D and Vit B12 is enough unless you are above 40 or suffering from any disease, as your investigation report suggests you are otherwise healthy. ।

Your baby is absolutely healthy. Some babies behave like that only. They will awake in night and sleepy in day time. You have to adjust as per him. Whenever baby sleeps you also can sleep. Baby will take more feeds at night. You also should tune to him. No meditation is needed.
