Stop caring too much.

Try to intract with strangers alteast once per day. You will feel very confident and will not get depressive thoughts.

You can try to stop the medicine, you may have sleep disturbance for a few days after stopping, but it usually settles down. Medication for depression is usually given for 6-12 months, after which it needs to be tapered and stopped. Please follow basic sleep hygiene techniques if you have sleep disturbance.

just why everyone is advising you? ?? its because you are a adjustable person and you are flexible. don't think your adjustable quality as a curse. imagine if you were just like your patner. ..what would your children do?? you can't avoid. We all know negative and postive attractions. consider your case as like that. It's gods decision. We can't change that or its may be rather correct to say that we have not learnt to say NO to a person we love so much. We expect alot from them.

Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.
It's not like that you can't take both medication simultaneously. But there should be some reason to combine medications. If you have optimum dose of one drug than only you can go for combination therapy for same problem.
