You cannot immediately stop these medicines. I suggest you can try using Ayurvedic treatment but slowly and gradually reduce the medications after you observe results from Ayurvedic treatment.

I think there is something wrong in your statement. Inderal is given usually in HYPERTHYROID to control sinus tachycardia along with antithyroid drugs.
TSH increases in HYPOTHYROID.

Also, walking is very helpful, particularly in nature. You can listen to music, or exercise. Get out of the house, talk to a friend, pet a dog or cat. I’m going to give you ideas from my book from darkness to embracing the light free on kindle, see profile above.

The medicines you take are pretty good but I suggest that you combine it with some counseling. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. In your case it is about the exam. You need some confidence. Which helps me in lowing down my pulse but sometime I feel weired (like nervousness between my chests and throat )even when my pulse is perfectly normal i.e. Around 70 -75. I have gerd and allergic rhinitis also is this due to any of these conditions or it is a heart related or its anxiety only. As I have done ecg which is normal. This happens for around 10 months every day and whole day. When I wake up I am perfectly alright but after breakfast it starts and remains for the day until a take pill of inderal la, which I usually prefer to take at night so that I can sleep. Also sometimes my eyes swells for just few seconds and has pain in my eye lids on sides also I feel sometimes that I am unable to focus, and sometimes dizziness. Kindly help in this regards.
