You cannot immediately stop these medicines. I suggest you can try using Ayurvedic treatment but slowly and gradually reduce the medications after you observe results from Ayurvedic treatment.

Food:
high-fiber foods such as apples, oatmeal, broccoli, carrots, and beans.
low-fat foods such as fish, chicken, and turkey breast.
foods with low acidity, or are more alkaline, like vegetables.
drinks that are not carbonated.
drinks without caffeine.
probiotics such as kombucha, yogurt, kimchi, and sauerkraut.
To Avoid:
Avoid Foods Known to Cause Gas. One way to manage flatulence and belching is to eat fewer of the well-known gassy food

There are many, and meditation and mindfulness is at the top. I’ll send you some information below. Take a deep breath now. If you take three, it will calm you down more. Also, walking is very helpful, particularly in nature. You can listen to music, or exercise. Get out of the house, talk to a friend, pet a dog or cat. Get your tsh, blood sugar fasting and pp test done. Inyour case weaknessand lazziness may be due to low thyroid hormone level or inderal. Discuss with your doctor.

Only reducing Hormones to normal level is not called as treatment in any such conditions.

The medicines you take are pretty good but I suggest that you combine it with some counseling. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. In your case it is about the exam. You need some confidence. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen).
