Hello, there are much better medications available for ocd that shows respose within a month. Also read exposure and response prevention therapy and apply it on yourself with the help of your family member or psychiatrist. You do not need to carry this problem when such promising and quick treatment is available.

1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.
Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime.

You could taper some medications after being stable on these medications if they are working for you optimally after being on the same doses for about 3-6 months during which time you are hopefully able to start coping with stressful or triggering factors for your depression. There is no substitute for the medications that you are taking and you can switch to a different medication under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Normally rapid heart beat occurs in hyperthyroidism and may require drugs like ciplar. However you seem to be hypothyroid case as you are advised T. Thyroxine 50 microgram .So you could be having some other reason for rapid heart beat like anxiety, infection,anemia heart problem etc. So you can consult doctor regarding the same with all your report.
