Hello, there are much better medications available for ocd that shows respose within a month. Also read exposure and response prevention therapy and apply it on yourself with the help of your family member or psychiatrist. You do not need to carry this problem when such promising and quick treatment is available.

Normally rapid heart beat occurs in hyperthyroidism and may require drugs like ciplar. However you seem to be hypothyroid case as you are advised T.
