It depends on the diagnosis. If it is a situational anxiety, you can stop after the situation improved or passed off. If it is one of the anxiety disorders, you need to continue and consult the doctor again without stopping.

no need for any medicines for lifestyle diseases which can be reversed without medicines.

Don't stop any medication without your doc's advice.

It appears you have migraine because you r responding to these medines. But you should check if you need speclaces.

Normally the mainstay of anxiety treatment is medication such as SSRI class of drugs which are highly effective for anxiety. Beta blockers such as betacap, or benzodizepines are only given temporarily to control the physical symptoms of anxiety till the SSRI medicine starts to take effect.

Also dose used for anxiety is usually between 20 to 40. 60mg is not used.

You are on many drugs which maybe interacting with each other to make you uncomfortable. Better to do serum sodium levels and ecg, then take another opinion.

Good that you are feeling better. Slowly try and stop clonotril. Even without that, you can sleep better since your day time activities improved.

Follow your physician's advice and if you feel any adverse effect or any other symptoms immediately contact your physician.
