Metoprolol is a better medicine and it does not have respiratory side effects like propornol. Besides medicines, modify your lifestyle if not done yet reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water with honey reduce weight also by eating more of seasonal vegetables and fruits walking is best exercise.

less sleep can definitely affect your blood pressure and lack of sleep can make you dizzy. For exam preparation, you must get at least 5 hours of sleep at noght and from 12 to 5 am. You may make up the resy n naps during the day. However, do not continue this for too long.
